We ship worldwide through our trusted supplier network.

• North America: typically 8–15 business days  
• Asia-Pacific: typically 10–18 business days  
• Rest of World: typically 12–20 business days  

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or local fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local authorities.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

In some cases, tracking may update after the first transit scan.

Import Duties & Customs

• Significant delays: We'll provide updates and solutions
• Wrong address: Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
